Delivery Time: 1-4 days (maximum), usually takes 24-48 hours. -
Outside Dhaka
Delivery Time: 3-6 days (maximum), usually takes 48-72 hours.

We accept payments via cash on delivery, mobile banking, and online payments. -
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Hot Flashes reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
If an order is canceled by Hot Flashes, and payment was made in advance, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Customers can also request order cancellation before the order is shipped. -

All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund. -
Return & Exchange Policy
